In three years, he saved the business from debt, grew it, and sold it.  

In the three decades since, Gino has been helping entrepreneurs discover their paths ad grow their companies. He has created a system called EOS, Entrepreneurial Operating System, that more than 100,000 companies utilize worldwide. He is an award-winning, best-selling author of several books, including “Traction,” “Rocket Fuel,” and “How to be a Great Boss.”
